Covid-19 & Shipping

   Thank you all for your continued support during this uncertain time. I appreciate all of you and deeply value your business as we continue to work through this global pandemic together. I continue to design collections with all of you in mind and cannot wait to share them via my Facebook and Instagram pages. I look forward to connecting with all of you there!

 As many of you know, we continue to practice social distancing and limiting the number of people we come in contact with for both your safety and ours. As a result, the Takara Design team and I have reduced the number of days we are in the studio. This has resulted in some orders being delayed a little longer than usual. Please know that we are working hard on your orders and will handle them with care while continuing to observe the best health and safety practices recommended by the CDC.
            Please be advised that we are only in the design studioTuesday-Friday from 10am until 5pm. You are still able to place orders through my website, www.shoptakara.com. If you need to leave a message about your order, my team and I are available by email or phone. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message and one of us will get back to you during our business hours.

USPS for all of our shipping needs. There is a flat $7 shipping and handling fee. All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (Stocked Items) following the transaction. However, due to the the COVID-19 epidemic, we are operating with a smaller staff, and to help flatten the curve orders will be shipped twice a week. Meaning there could be up to 4 business days for processing. Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders over $150 receive FREE USPS SHIPPING.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this current time.

Items will be refunded to the original form of payment. Special Orders and Final Sale items are not returnable. All special orders require 50% deposit.
